Imagine the memories that will be made on the grounds of this magnificent estate that dates back to before the days of the American Revolution and was a family home for over 200 years.

The rental fee allows you access to our beautiful grounds. The myriad of other details involved in planning a large reception are left for you to design with your own personal taste in mind, along with the assistance of your event planner or caterer.

Of course, we will be happy to answer any questions you have and will be available to provide guidance along the way.

The 1882 Carriage House with its vintage charm is suitable for sit-down dinners of up to 75 persons and can be used for a ceremony or cocktail reception.

A tent to accommodate up to 175 persons may be erected on the large grassy area adjacent to it.

The fragrant rose garden makes a lovely setting for an intimate ceremony.

We will help you decide how to best use the site, based on the number of guests you plan to entertain and the purpose of the celebration.
